| These cables have compacted circular stranded copper or aluminum conductors surrounded by a conductor shield which is a semiconductor layer, followed by an XLPE insulation layer, then a non-metallic insulating shield which is a semiconductor layer, followed by a metallic insulating shield of copper tape or wires, the cores are bundled together and surrounded by a non-moisture absorbing polypropylene filler, bonded with adhesive tape, and surrounded by a PVC outer sheath. Comply with IEC 60502. |
